During my recent visit to Newcastle, I had the opportunity to stay at a conveniently located hotel that strikes a balance between luxury and value. Nestled above a bar, the check-in process was efficient, thanks to the friendly staff. The rooms, recently renovated, featured comfortable beds adorned with fresh hotel-quality sheets, providing a restful night. Amenities such as a flat-screen TV, microwave, electric kettle, and free Wi-Fi enhanced the experience. The shared bathroom area was clean, equipped with laundry facilities at a modest fee. For those who enjoy fresh air, a small terrace provided a pleasant retreat. While the location is a bit hidden within an industrial area, the affordability and thoughtful amenities make this hotel a wise choice for budget-conscious travellers. For a more seamless experience, I recommend considering car rental given the transportation challenges.
